Hello Ziggy! I was just looking at your Pearl Harbor photos....wow ! I stood over the USS Arizona in '72, my one and only trip to Hawaii, and it was very sad and moving to be there. Update on the Carnival Splendor....after booking the "Inaugural" Cruise the first day the booking opened and the day before we flew to Rome to meet the Carnival Freedom, we had to cancel a few weeks ago after I read that they has "added" an 8 day and a 3 day with paying passengers, before our so called Inaugural trip. NUTS! Is all I can say!!!

Hi Ziggy ! Happy New Year to you too ! Thanks for visiting my albums! We are going on the inaugural cruise of the Carnival Splendor in July sailing from Dover to Northern Europe. Yes, I've got that damn cruise bug!! It's a great way to travel!! My first cruise was in '69 on the Princess Carla !! It's the sister ship to the one they filmed an old Columbo on. When you look back it looks like a real tug!! Ha! Kathy
