To stop being insulted and badgered by a foul-mouthed member who caused me a lot of upset about three weeks ago, I have closed off my messages for comments from folks- other than from friends! THIS IS A PHOTO WEBSITE for people to come and enjoy my photos, as well as for me to go and enjoy other people's photos. This is a place I used to love to come and escape and proudly display MY humble attempts at photography. I've made very wonderful friends from all around the world, many of whom I enjoy sharing a good laugh with and many of whom I do share common interests with. Hi Marita. Thanks for your warm comments on my album of pictures from my sister's place. I think it is a good idea to invite all my special Webshot friends to come and have a party there. To answer your question all the pictures are taken from her home in a suburb of Nanaimo, BC on Vancouver Island. She overlooks the Strait of Georgia and the view across the water is just North of Vancouver, BC. I also wanted to let you know that I just got back from our trip down the Oregon Coast and the weather was a bit iffy, but got a few good pictures. Just posted my first album. UN me both! ai yai yai ... i 'em so tard from gatherin' firewood I can't stan up or think either ... so yer n the right club of geniuses!!!! credit carded THE necessary chain saw today and found it is more work to lug it around & saw, that doing branches with a hand saw! really .. didn't even get a full truck load since I was staggerin' around gettin' dangerous! I, oh genius that I am, will give it some brain cell time, when they come back to me ... dang .. Hi Marita, only just got your message posted 17 hours ago (thats past my bedtime in UK LOL). The display button was not working on challenge for most of yesterday, around 9.30pm UK it started (11.30 Pacific?) I just happened to try again before retiring & so found the one entry from you, thought it was funny I could not see 2 more. Will go back again & see if the bugs are out of system by now. Eric
