Francie Park, 44-10, a member of the last class of WASP. After deactivation battled polio for many years. She became a flight instructor and in her later years, survived a stroke and lung cancer. Her faith pulled her through, and inspired everyone who ever met her. A total inspiration.

WASP Betty Blake, 43-W-1 __ the FIRST class of WASP who graduated from AAF flight training. Betty is a native of HAWAII, and witnessed the attack on Pearl Harbor. She is now a proud citizen of Scottsdale--and has given many speeches on her service with the WASP.

Margaret Tamplin was a WASP in class 44-W-3. Following her service in the military, she worked in Korea with the American Red Cross and upon returning to the states, was an original member of Seaboard Western Airlines based in New York City. She then traveled and worked in Indonesia and Burma, where she met her future husband, William Tamplin before settling in Phoenix in 1958.

WASP Geri Nyman, Class 43-W1--the FIRST CLASS. Geri continued flying after the WASP, becomming a bush pilot in Alaska. She lives in Arizona, spending her days giving back to her community, her church and her country.

WASP LEE DOERR, 44-W-5 Entered training from Canada where her dad was working--now lives in Scottsdale. She has met the Queen--and is featured in a book: "No Place for a Lady"
