Gary and Carolyn built Windmill Meadow Ranch after Gary retired from the U.S. Navy as a captain. In the time it took to grow his hair long, starting four international businesses turned it white.

- Currently "retired" carrying the momentum of a Navy career, half active, half reserves enabling the two for 20 years of innovative roles in missions such as Campus Crusade, Frontiers, and starting businesses as platforms for “closed” nation missionaries.
- I went to College at...
- Gary: Wheaton College near Chicago; majored in journalism and creative writing, minored in Bible. Carolyn: Westmont College then Cal State Long Beach majoring in elementary ed and hunting down her favorite, if elusive, Navy fighter pilot.

- Lemon Meringue Pie annually on my birthday.

- The Shack, Epicenter, Armageddon,Oil and The Middle East, Walking With God
- Most recent movies I've watched are...
- With TIVO and Direct TV in our RV rig, we don't "go" to movies more than twice a year, and we are pretty disappointed with whatever we see for movies. Our TV fare shifts to NCIS, The Closer, The Unit, and, of course, Survivor and American Idol.
- When I play games, I play...
- Chess, Dominoes, Fish and such card games. All the above with the Grandkids

- Ginger, our mixed Papillon and something-else-cute-that-chase s-cats-and -birds "daughter".
- My dream vacations would be...
- Bora-Bora again--enjoying the luxury of the Orient Express’s Tia Mare cruise yacht. OR, again, Jamaica Inn’s exquisite hotel and beach. This favors Carolyn. Gary wants a week in the old ranch or other stream framed mountain retreat with his grandkids.
