if you'd love to be a pro photographer, as what you say in your Bio. then you must respect other's work and copyrights. as spelled out in the Webshots infringement guidelines, any photo YOU did NOT Take yourself, or get permission from the PHOTOGRAPHER, is not to be uploaded, this includes, photos that circulate in the emails, calendars, magazines, etc. not only are you Violating another pro photographers' work, even if they do not know you are, Webshots is unknowingly selling thier products , coffee mugs etc with those photos on them, and you are not exposing everyone to lawsuits. let alone.. it should be the photo's owner to decided where they want thier photos to be sold at. Just because it came in an email, A.) doesn't mean it eas free to use, illegally swiped photos are being ciruclated all the time, and or B.)Royal free use of means for your OWN personal use, not for business for for the purpose of downloading without purchasing a Contract from photographer. not only are you violating the Owner's rights, and Webshots guidelines, you are not Playing Fair to the rest of us ..also...wanna be photographers, when your Fruadulent photos are chosen for Photo of the Day. when you sign up for Webshots you are agreeing that you will only upload photos YOU have taken. and I know how these people feel, as I am amuature as well, but after surfing images online, I found a Company USING one of my photos on a product, because thier employee "thought" just because a photo was on the internet it was free to use as you please. and they are not. if you really want to be a photographer, then PLEASE respect a Photographer's Right's and Ownership and obey the rules. I see many photos, by your own admission, you did not take. please be one of us, an honest photographer and friendly and fair Webshots competitor. Thank You

Thanks for letting me know name of the lighthouse, the year before he started college I paid for him to go up in a Texan Airplane and this is when he took the photo, he has since graduated and is currently serving in the Navy. He loved the looks of the lighthouse from the sky ...he had only wished he had a better camera at the time to get a better shot, but not a bad shot for a cheap camera. thanks again for info and viewing photos, happy and safe holiday season to you and your family
