Thank you so much for looking at my albums and leaving such nice comments!! Yes the area in the espana album is called Bateria de Cenizas it is an abandoned military base built in the early 1930s I believe it was styled after the Chichen-Itzá ruins. Hola, Francisca, gracias por tomarte tiempo para escribirme. A tu pregunta de dónde soy: de Lleida, de ahi que un dia al ver fotos del Vall D'Aran expuestas por el señor RAIJOMAYO100 de simple y muda visitante, no me aguanté y dejé mi alma en un sencillo comentario del album. Hace poco recibi una invitacion para subir MIS fotos, y, como justo volvia de visitar y conocer a mi nieto (mi nuera es de Peru) tomé coraje y sin ninguna experiencia (Sólo jugamos con mi hijo a sacarnos fotos)salió algo de lo que se ve. Girona es muy bonita, mi suegra era de Blanes y conozco algo de allá. Mi padre era de Valladolid, mi madre y unico hermano, de Zaragoza...así que imagina la variedad de colores que llevo en los ojos y en el corazón...Vivo en un país que cuando mis pades nos trajeron se conocia como la "Suiza de América" por lo pequeño,y pacífico. tiene costas hermosas de las que tomare fotos.Abrazo de Maricarmen.

Hello - forgive the blanket message as I am not sure how else to proceed. I need to share this before I delete all pictures of any children from my site. In good faith I shared some of my favorite shots - most recently I entered one of my daughter in a challenge of family portraits. Most of the responses have been wonderful and kind - but I have discovered there is a population of child ##### lovers on Webshots that turn a lovely photo into something that makes me sick with worry and disgust. I will include the most offensive comment and allow you to decide for yourself. I am going to send this message to all who have viewed this photo and commented on it - as well as the fact that I complained to webshots on 9/28 and have still not heard any response. I also notified the police because when I tracked back to the person who made the comment, there was a response regarding pedophiles that I believe needs to be addressed. I am sorry something that has been such fun has now been truly sullied. My regards to you, Shauna offensive comment: People are talking about your photos! Siempre que me habia cruzado con tus comentarios en Webshots, me pareciste una persona rebosante de simpatia, lo cual se agradece en medio de tantas luchas como nos depara este sistema de vida que nos ha tocado vivir. Yo soy solo un aficionado que disfruto con los cielos y con la naturaleza, ya sea en la montana o junto al mar. La otra foto que dices te agradó, es el entorno del famoso "Monumento a los enamorados", es precioso el lugar, :frente al Pacífico, tiene largos asientos llenos de mosaicos con formas caprichosas en las que hay inscriptas poesias relacionadas con el amor. Ese asiento tiene un aire a los del Parque Güel de Gaudi, pero más modesto.Otra vez gracias y saludos de Maricarmen.

Hola Francisca, Soy Maricarmen, y aclaro ser novata total en WS, debo aprender a informar de que se tratan las fotos del album de Lima. Ese monumento de ladrillos de adobe es una construccion funeraria llamada "huaca" y esta ubicada en el barrio residencial de Lima llamado Miraflores.Soy española (Catalana) pero resido en un pais muy pequeño en superficie pero grande en corazón llamado Uruguay. La foto anterior esta a la salida del consulado español, no resisti las ganas de fotografiarla. Lima es una caja de sorpresas gratas y variadas. Saludos y gracias por visitar alguna de las fotos.
