Happened on your pics while researching "High Point", NY, near Naples, NY? I'm not sure if that is where you took your pictures. I'm researching and publishing as a blog, my great great grandfather's 1886 diary. http://henrycolney1886.blogspot.com/
In January of the year, two of the older kids go to High Point for some reason. Do you happen to know anything about the history of High Point??
Thanks in advance for your help if you know anything --- great pictures - looks like you have fun!

Thanks for the photographs mate! My father-in law was a survivor in that B18-A crash. (Richard Chubb) He went on to fly in B17G Flying Fortresses in Polebrook England, bombing Germany until 1945 with the 315th Bomber Group. He lived a full life, passing away in 1996. Because of you, I've just signed up to this site. I spent 23 years in the British Royal Air Force as a Phantom weapons Crew Chief.. Mountain Rescue and Bomb Disposal specialist so I intend indexing my dusty old slides and downloading them here.. Once again thank you. His daughter Gayle appreciates them as well.

I have heard about the site and have found it very interesting (I’m TimApNy on the net). I wished there was a bit more info on it about East Coast things but I figure I can help that out soon. I'm part of WIX (Warbird Information Exchange) and will be working on some thing with that about my Wreck adventures.
Just so you know I post a few more crash sites. I plan to try and get to a C-46A crash site this weekend if the weather holds. I hope it does because the last hike I failed to find it and the round trip of 10.2 miles was a bit painful.

Hey Timothy,
love the pix--especially the wreck hunting stuff. Have you been to wreckchasing.com? Lots of folks there who would also like your pix. Feel free to message me.
