Just wanted to let you know that my husband ("roguegenius") just got a member's choice featured picture under house and garden - water gardens. I've uploaded quite a few pics lately myself. Trying my hand at some digital art, too. Susan ("fanotig")
Dear Terese: Thanks for "Jonesing" for Colorado. :-) As you may know, the Aspen-leaf season is pretty short and it may have already peaked in the high country. I hadn't been in "them thar hills" for several years, but think I picked the perfect time! Marv (BerryMan)
Thanks for visiting my page and taking the time to comment on my photos. That pileated woodpecker was something let me tell you. I was walking to my local lake and heard a loud cackle. It sounded like it was right in my ear. I looked down and there he was, about five feet from me feeding. He let me get my camera out of my case, put it around my neck, turn it on, and he just sat there and posed for a few. Definitely my most cherished photo opportunity to date. What are the odds of that happening again? I also finally captured some nuthatches today. I just added them to my backyard birds 2 album if you choose to return sometime. Thanks again. Bill
Thank you for the invite to your group. We are novices living in Northern California. It's a really fun way to get outdoors and a treat for our little ones
I just want to thank you for visiting my "What is it now" picture in this weeks challenge.

They are catepillers, I found in a wood pile. When I got them someone asked "What are you going to do with them?" I answered "Take a picture, what else" What fun!!! This was one of the most fun challenges I've entered. Come back and visit sometime~~Myrna
Hi tmcummings...
Just wanted to give you the link to this weeks Answers to the Mysteries challenge.... http://entertainment.webshots.com/album/560871705EVmZXu?vhost=entertainment Hope you enjoyed them... And I want to thank you for your comments on them, it sure meant so much to me... Have a Great week... JoAnn
Hi Trese, Thanks for viewing my entries in the latest challenge... just thought I would pop by and give you the answers to my What is this? entries...The first one is the honey cone of a beehive, the second one is the eye of a Barren Ground Caribou, and the third one is the center wheel part of a Red River Oxen Cart....All of these can be better viewed in my "FortWhyteAlive" album...Thanks for your interest...Take care now, Larry
You got it right on. I had to look up Buckeye as we Brits call them Conkers. I put a third shot into the album with some of the different names that they are called. I didn't fool anyone as almost everyone guessed what it was right away. Oh well! Mouse
Hih Trese, I am glad you liked the comments in your botanical album. I have not been participating in many of the challenges either. I am also very interested in what people submit and how they react, showing it through their pictures, to the challenge! So many different ideas. All this challenge stuff takes a lot of time and I never have enough time to look at all the entries and to thank everybody for their comments. Now I have to pick out my third challenge entry for this week. Good night, have a nice Sunday. It is already past one AM here!

Terese, Did you get my message about the memorial monument near the Clark Bridge? It's on the MO. side before you cross the bridge.
