Thank you very much for your message of congratulations & wonderful compliment on my Sylvia Falls POTD. You can probably see from the album that waterfalls are a real favourite of mine. Our waterfalls sometimes run a bit dry compared with yours. You have to pick the right time. Have a great day.
I had not thought of geo cache and photos as being possibly related. Perhaps I bought my husband the wrong toy and he needs a GPS rather than a camera.
howdy neighbor! well, if not neighbors, then fellow washingtonians at least. i came across your photo of the methow valley in the black and white challenge and had to stop and say hi. i also checked out your mt st helens album and columbia gorge albums - mt st helens is not too far from my neck of the woods here in southwest washington, and i try to visit the gorge a couple times a year (one of my favorite areas of this beautiful state!). stop and visit my albums if you get the chance. take care. -k8
Thanks for your nice comments. The frog was in our garden pond and fairly used to us walking by. I just walked slowly and quietly. The bluet I have seen before, but never been able to get close enough before or since.
