Hoi Teun, thanks for your nice informative entry in my guestbook. I understood that Hamburg conveys a great deal to you. This you show in your photos in an impressive way. In our age (hm, hard to learn we are aging too...lol) I feel it's most interesting to walk on the footsteps of the past, especially if it's affilated with the own family.- Chrismas is approaching fast, but here it looks like spring. Thank you for your reply to my blog. Ek is oorweldig by the GREAT number of photos u have! I am in my 80th year and those volumes will hasten my demise! Thought u might be interested to learn that I was born in Kolmanskuppe/Kolmanskop in l930 and went to school in Luderitz l940 - 1941 From there I was sent to PAARL to learn Afrikaans as my then 3rd language! I am now going back to your note which I have not fully understood yet!

Thankyou for viewing one of my albums-in the Rockie Mountains. Yes, I have been busy trying to catch up on some of my album postings,as being away,then the heart attack, I got way behind, so now have to take it easy for awhile. My on the computer time is the taking it easy time, but I feel so much better now, and am getting a lot of walking in, that I couldn't do before. To give me incentive to get away from the computer, I started geocaching (kind of a scavenger hunt) with a GPS. I am soooo very far behind thanking everyone for looking at my albums, but I have about two months yet to try and catch up.Your albums will be first, as you are a loyal friend.

Dear Teun, of course I correct yoru spoellin g i f I know that language:)) We have Tisza running in my homeland also...now slowly you will understand the pain we feel of being givien to another country My only uncle lived in Debrecen, we thna didn t get passports to go over there..A family rippe dapart...Later when I coudl geta passport..connection was cooled off...we didnt know what to talk about..I conside criminal to separate parts of lands that used to be one country...Slowly will stumble across your albums oh fertile Teun:)) I am still waiting for reply from the Publisher...if they wont allow my idea, my book wont mean too much..It was created as a unit...Here is a pciture, and it has a story..Why is so hard to understand that??? Hi Teun, thanks so much for all your really good comments on my fotos, and I don't mind at all, getting some tips of yours to improve myself. I appreciate it so much. The album Spring in Botanical Garden and David Jones I took only with my macro lens, so there was no tele possibility. I haven't taken all my lenses with me, sometimes get lazy to carry everything. Hi, Teun, thanks for your lovely message, and sorry for your bad experience, but well these things happen.We travel a lot too, and never everything goes by plan, main thing you have enjoyed our country here. It is a beautifull country. I am originally born in Austria, then my parents migrated to Brasil / Rio de Janeiro, in 1960 we moved to Germany/Braunschweig and since 1983 I moved with my husband(indian) and 2 daughters to Sydney. Hi Teun, as you noticed probably I payed a visit to some of your new albusm - and as there are too many to comment them all I will come back sometime later. Anyway enjoyed my walk on your foot steps far away from me in koala land. I think you both picked a good time for your trip as it's not as hot as in summer and a bit more pleasant than while our winter here in Europe. Hi Teun, I regularly keep patrolling your albums, counting the trees and homes and boats...Report: Nobody stole a thing while you are away...Your numbers are going higher fast soon you will have more numbers than I do..Lately I am not doing 3 PAW and hardly on puter,, seldom make an album.. 106 F at 18:36 on July 29th..
