When I took this photo, I saw only the ladybug. It was not until after I saw it on the computer screen, that I spotted the two smaller insects. Sometimes the pictures you take will surprise you.
My husband picture of a catbird, taken at Bok Tower Gardens. I love the green background as much as the pointy green leaves and the bird itself.

My daughter new puppy, Ginger, and her picture. She loves to hide underneath the blankets and sleep. This the typical look you get when you disturb her.

My favorite butterfly image I have taken. I like both the angle of the butterfly's wings and the opposing angle of the flower. My only complaint that I wish I had not clipped off the tail of the butterfly.

This fellow and his friends live in this pipe at my mother's house. I snuck up on him this day for this picture. I just love the pot-bellied look and the texture of his skin.

I have always loved this photo taken in 2001. It looks so different there now after the hurricanes of 2004. Lighting is key to this image.

An older photography taken at Bok Tower Gardens, I have always liked the effect of the sunlight through the petals. This was the year I will best remember the gardens azaleas, as they were so full.

I took this photo at the local zoo. A handler was posing for pictures outside the enclosure. I am simply mesmerized by those eyes.

One of my daughter's pictures, I have always liked here her unusual view of Bok Tower.

The contrast between the purple lily and the smooth green backdrop has always appealed to me.

This is one of my most commented on photographs. This barn resides alongside a winding mountain road in North Georgia. It brings back fond memories and good feelings for me.

This photo was taken on the hike up to the top of Anna Ruby Falls, one of my favorite stops in the North Georgia Area. I wish I could include better the feeling of the place, the birds' song, the swish of the water, and the scent of the forest.
My husband's pic of the Alpha Male Orangutan at Lowry Park Zoo, Tampa, Florida. We were fortunate to have him pose willingly for us.
