Remember it was more or less my first diving vacation with own photo equipment. I was hoping you would enjoy the first picture in particular as it is from an Indian restaurant that recently opened up here. Greetings from Alaska & Thank You so much for your visit and kind comments on my POTD featured photo. I was surprised to find the announcement in my email and all of the comments are humbling. The Eagles are my favorite majestic bird. Eagles are loyal birds and mate for life so when you see a big pair it is almost always male & female occasionally it will be parent and offspring. It takes many long walks and hikes alone on very cold days to find a good shot, this picture was shot with 200mm telephoto on a winter day the temperature was -5 f. “cold fingers & toes” Again Thank You & best wishes from Alaska, Dave

Dear Suresh...some quirk of WS has eaten the comment I made 3 days ago. I wanted to thank you sincerely for you comments about my Indiophilia on my Gwalior/Orchha album. Really valued. I am also curious to know in which part of India you reside. Your country is simply spectacular, and I have a personal goal to get to all states in due course. Hello Suresh. I thank you very sincerely for your thoughtful and supportive remarks on my Gwalior, Orchha etc album. I find so many parts of your amazing country exciting and interesting. I think the less touristed places still have a stunning freshness and exhilaration. I still intend to upload an album of Sanchi and Khajuraho yet from MP. I love your Khajuraho album, and your work generally, I might add, and yes, I am an Indiaholic. Yet I have also just come back from Hong Kong and am off to South America for 3 nmonths next year.
