Hi, Jade, and many thanks for the comments! I'll bet your new daylily happened the same way my volunteer did. Some unknown crossed with your Stella D.,a seedpod dropped on the ground, and you got a free plant. If it looks like "Always Afternoon" you were really lucky; I got a plain yellow "mutt".

Jade, the rabbit has been around quite a while - along with several others - this is the survivor. I don't know if this one was bred in the wild - a baby from an escaped domestic - or what.

in the pix of nenri the flowers are like that due to a simple tool on abobe photoshop elements 3.0 i believe i used a pixilate tool. i used it several times in a row to get this effect. lots of the stuff i do is not so complicated. i could keep it a big secret if i wanted to but i prefer to tell people just how i did the trick...if i remember. sometimes i do so many different things to get an effect i really can't tell you how i did it and i doubt i could get the same effect again without much experimenting. thanx for your comment mary
