Hi Carolyn! My warmest & heartiest thanks to you for wonderful compliments on my albums for the year long; you are always a very kind hearted friend. I wish you Merry Christmas and a happy New Year 2009 to you and your family & also wishing your health, wealth, peace & prosperity. My warm best wishes always with you. Greetings from Sharif
Hi Carolyn, yes it is a bit mind-blowing for me to be able to communicate with people from all over the world! It's interesting that so many of us have much the same interests, and passions - what is overtly different, is that mostly everyone else has other languages under their belts! I did two years of learning French, in the last years of my formal education, and with A,B,and C being the marking coding, I managed a "C"! Well, 55 years have gone past, and I've learnt quite a lot, but still only English! As regards the little one in my arms, I'm inclined to think it was my first grandchild, so he's now 9 and a half years of age. I actually have 4 grandsons and one granddaughter now, so consider myself blessed. Nothing beats a pair of little arms around the waist, or neck, and a little voice, "I love you, MaMa!!" Even the 7 and 9 year olds still do this (if there's no audience!). I've some new photos from my Fuji Finepix, of Benjie getting his "Summer Clip" from a good friend, and some shots of my little struggling gardens - if I can remember how to upload them, that should be accomplished in the next week! Margaret Qld.Au.
Greetings from the Heart of Texas, Carolyn! I'm glad you liked my picture Go UTEP. Thanks for the very kind well wishes. My daughter is much prettier without all of that orange and blue face paint. She was very gracious to allow me to take a less than flattering picture of her. Have a great Sunday. Come back and visit anytime. -Brent
Thanks for your kind comments last weekend about my night pictures taken a couple weeks ago at the chinese lantern festival at Ontario Place in Toronto. The POTD was a big surprise. Your pictures of the southwest are very nice, makes me think I should upload more of my AZ pictures one of these days. M.
Just a short note to say what a pleasure it is to view the scenes you have so painstakely shot and put into your albums. They are a real pleasure to experience. Gary
Thank you for the advice with the costume,I truely appreciate it! I am changing it now. I am German and don't always use the right vocabulary, I am afraid!!!Cheers, Marita
