I loved your Costa Rica shots at Hotel Belmar. I hope to vist the area someday. I love rainforests and dream of visiting. Thank you for sharing your photos! ps. Sorry to take so long to respond. Somehow I missed your comment. I live in Arizona, but travled to Arizona twice. The second time my Spanish instructors setup field trips that were art and history related so I could come back to my college and share the experience. I hope these last 3 months have brought you the contacts you hoped to find in CR. Feel free to contact my instructors from the school--they are real sweethearts and will help all they can. If nothing else, they know some great restaurants! Susan

Hello Sstaal, I am very new to computers. At 60 years old, this is my first one which I got in April. I was a potter in North Carolina for 40 years, and relocated to Costa Rica 3 years ago. Instead of retiring, I decided to set up my studio again, and found myself making my wares in the back roads of Costa Rica. If I don't begin to make my presence known beyond this village of Playa Junquillal, I will be buried in mounds of pots. I found web shots and put my things on there (http://home-and-garden.webshots.com/album/568199702AXTKjL) . When I tried today to view similar sites, your site came up and I was happy to find it. I am curious if you are a potter and what is your connection to Costa Rica? I am trying to locate other potters and craftspeople here, and have had little success.
