Hi Rich. I was so excited to get the information on shooting your waterfalls. I'm still learning the features on my camera, and I'm looking forward to trying it out on another waterfall. I use the sport shot on action shots, but my waterfall shots haven't turned out quite like yours. I'ts back to the book and experimenting, again. Thank you very, very much. Hi Rich!Was delighted to see another of your excellent photos featured on Webshots!~I haven't been too involved with Webshots this year.I've posted lots of old photos of my classes and students on FACEBOOK and it's been wonderful having them contact me with messages of how their lives have gone over the years.~I'm saddened to tell you that my little guy,Spunky,passed away last July while we were vacationing in Wildwood.He was nearly 18 years old and his health had steadily deteriorated for the 6 months prior to his passing.While I do miss him terribly,I'm grateful for the many,many years of companionship and love we shared.His memory lives on in the many photos of him here on Webshots!~It really is so good to hear from you and I'm confident that I'll see more of your fine photos featured in the future!~~~Warmest regards,Bob

Hello Rich. I was just enjoying your albums. Congrats again on the POTD. I see you work for AT&T. I retired from BellSouth in 2001 and went to work for Interact Public Safety working 911 and training bell techs across 9 states and supporting BellSouth for 911. But, they got bought out and they dumped the Atlanta office. Now I wander north Georgia for pictures. You have given me so places I have not visited yet. I have you bookmarked for future ideas of places to go.

I lived in Washington D.C. and northern Virginia for most of my early life. That is "home" to me. My mother was reared in Commerce, just 75 miles northeast of Atlanta. I still have relatives living there and around the Atlanta area. Now I'm out here in summertime hot, dry... wintertime cold, dry El Paso, Tx. Like you, I've lived all over, including over 3 years in Germany. Traveled a lot too, including Italy all the way down to Venice. My favorite place to travel nearby these days is in southern New Mexico, though I hope to branch out to the northern part of the state. Once again, I really enjoyed your Missouri winter shots. I'll have to take a peek at some of your other albums.

Hi Rich, thank you for your message, we were in Atlanta in April, from there we drove north to Dale in Illinois, then from there we drove to St Louis from where we flew to Toronto, we visited in Augusta so didn't have time to tour Atlanta, maybe another time, take care Ann
