Dear Reedstar,
Thanks a lot for your msg, yes, Everest base camp height is about 5450 m. That's great. It takes about 11 days to reach there. Wish you can go there some day. Nepal itself is very beautiful.
Waiting for your new photos.
Reedstar, "Do you maintain a blog someplace?" No, but I have joined Jim (Police370) and some other members, in raising cain, with Webshots, about fixing their problems, glitches, etc. I do not have a lot of free time, to write blogs. All The Best, Teresa
Hey there Reedstar,
I think that you should tag the individual pictures, although it seems like a lot of work. There are times that individual pictures can get overlooked, that's just my little opinion. I'll be sure to check out the old Stanford photos you spoke about. Is Stanford your alma mater?

I knew that you had some training. My daughter and her friends were all environmetal science majors, my daughter just graduated from ESF in Syracuse. I just love going out on trips like this with science majors. Too bad I can't remember the stuff that they tell me about. Anyway, feel free to share any information that you have- then maybe I can label my photos a little better. Getting tired of saying tree, of flower of some colour! And I can't wait to share that information about Cape Cod with the girls, I'll sound so smart!! Thanks for you comments and replies!! Talk soon.
you have great B&W images, and the only consolation i have with you being in next weeks creative challenge is that you are going to struggle to choose just 3 images!, I struggled to choose mine, and they are no way as monumental as yours.
Kia Ora from Ken, New Zealand. ;-)
Hey there again, I have to ask, have you had any formal training in botany or environmental science? Not to many people know the latin names of these trees, including me. I try hard to label them, but I'm a psych major............. Have a wonderful day.
Hey Reedstar,
I took this photo at Innisfree Garden and I believe that you are right. I spoke with one of the gardeners there, for quite some time, and the truth is that I probably should have taken notes: short term memory is faulty. Anyway, thank you so much for going through my work - sure hope that you enjoy my photos as I'm hoping that someday I grow up to be a photographer.
