Bill, I recently (this weekend) purchased one of Mr. Elmer F. Blalack's 40" x 30" abstract landscape paintings at a yard sale for $5.00. The lady said that it came from her mother's house - she had recently passed away. I think that it is beautiful and would like to invest some money in a gallery frame, and I was wondering if there is a current market for his works.
