Rama, Hi. I am a cake decorator in KC, too (except I do children's party cakes mostly). I just want to say that you are a WONDERFUL decorator! Your work is clean and very labor intensive. I teach Wilton Method Classes, and was sent subscriber books for American Cake Decorating Magazines and your Pink Dots Ices cake is on the flyer. It astounds my students when I say that specific decorator is from Kansas City. They almost don't believe me. I just wanted you to know that you are an inspiration to others in the field, not quite at your level but very appreciative of the art and WORK! :) You are truly amazing at what you do, keep up the great ideas.
