CONCERNING SPAMMERS. I wrote to webshots, who responded :”I have requested that these spammers be blocked from Webshots. We will be working to put in place security measures to reduce spammer activity in the future. I apologize for the inconvenience this causes. In the meantime, please send me the member name of spammers and I will block them from Webshots.” You also send the names of spammers (Help & Support ---> Send feedback). Thanks

Dear Johan, I have just entered the National Geographic photo contest with six of my shots and am letting my WS friends know. I'll give you a link to three (I believe you can search for others), and would appreciate it if you could take a look. There is a people's choice award, based on voting by the public, as well as the judges' selections. The cougar shot seems to be my top vote-getter so far. The two cats playing are next - they're my Manx rescues, Gollum and Aragorn. That shot was here on WS and recently won a best-in-show at a local photo exhibition contest. The hummingbird is one of many from my garden. But the NG competition is huge, with thousands of entries, so mine will get lost in the crowd. I just figured I might as well try, just to see if people like my work. Good day my dear friend.I hope your week is going great for you there.Its raining here again but we need it so bad these days.Last summer was very dry and it dryed up the ponds and creeks in my area so i pray that dont happen this year.Im working on that new album of my grand children but my computer only allows to to down load so many pics or it will put me in slow mode for two days grr giggles.I only can do them between 3 am and 6 am..but since i been working..im to tired to get up that early.I should have it finished i hope before next week.I will find the time to come by soon to view your albums sweety..so sorry i havent had time yet.Im back now so i will have plenty of time to view all of your albums hun.Wishing you a wonderful up-coming weekend and sending my sweet friend a warm hug.God bless you always and see you as soon as i can..xoxo.

Hi there....this is just a heads up that your friend http://community.webshots.com/user/knuzdenwitch/ is an art theif. All of her 3d creations were stolen. God knows whether her photography is. Her work was stolen from famous 3d artists such as antje darling and prog over at renderosity.com. She had the audacity to claim copyright on their work too and said it was made by her. Im sorry to leave this message on your page, but as an artist myself I hate to see my friends and colleagues watermarks removed from their work and claimed by someone else. Hope you understand.
