My dearest Sharon. Your comments are so nice and kind, and they mean so much to me, especially coming from a successful photographer like you. I'm so grateful for that! As far as baseball is concerned, I wasn't rooting for the Yankees either. I'm a great NY Mets fan and when they are not in the post-season, I'm always on the National League's side. I like unspoiled, uncontaminated, old-fashioned baseball. No DH. I like to see the strategic game going on when the home team is trailing by one down the stretch and your ace starter or RP is on deck. That's the kind of baseball I love, so perhaps that's why I like nearly all NL teams. I also hope the Cards could do better next year, but Mr. Pujols all by himself is not enough. No matter how many runs he can put on the board. Well, Sharon, that's good enough now. I hope I didn't bother you with so much bartering. Sharon - There are no butterfly houses/museums anywhere near me that I know of. ALL my photos are on my own 3 acres unless I state otherwise ! Yes, I love the Long-Tailed Skipper butterfly too. Not something I ever saw up North. Thanks for the visit ! - Pat

Dear Sharon, thank you so much for your nice comments on my night pics: As you can imagine, since I often travel for business, I spend my days worknd my free time is normally at night. Then I take my camera and wander around. Some areas can be dangerous, but normally the historical center of most European Cities are not so dangerous and you can walk around quite safely. I don't think I need a bodyguard! Nezt week ... Ontario and then California, back to Italy, Argentina and then Paris. At least my subjects will be varied! Ciao from Italy (for 24 hours), Roberto

I could type a message with a link but it was not an active link in the message on the picture. You had to copy and past it in to the address bar to use it. You will still get an active message in the email because anything with www. in front becomes a link in an email, but it is not the original with a possible trojan. They must have dropped me from the auto load since I have been blocked for a while. Still no spam since yesterday. I see they also have blocked coping from downloads and save as even if it is your own pictures now. You get a strange file that is blank when you try to open it. They apparently are working on security issues

Hello there, Sharon. Thank you for visiting my Gene Autry Album. Yes, my husband is a second cousin to Gene. Although, we only knew him from his movies, radio shows, etc. My father-in-law knew him a little better, as they were more the same age. Gene was born in Tioga, Texas. He bought a ranch in Berwin, OK. (south of Oklahoma city). And started living in Oklahoma. After he sold it, the town of Berwin decided to change it's name to Gene Autry. They put in a huge Gene Autry museum. Every September around the 29th, which is Gene's birthday, they have a four day celebration. This is where the photo's in my Gene Autry album were taken. Gene Autry movies are played every Saturday, on our Educational channel 11. I hope this wasn't too much information. Feel free to delete it, to make more room on your message board...Patty

I just added you to the friends list. Those spammers are about to drive everyone crazy. I tried removing the block and they hit back every time. Once within 19 minutes. They are apparently using a script to do it automatically. Through another member who gave me a suspect site, I searched it and found where they were sharing a script to do it specifically on Webshots. I gave this info to Webshots. Until they can block it, it will continue. I have a feeling it is going to cause an extra step to log in or leave messages because of the spammers. They do not target this message page, so I left it not blocked. Only my pictures are blocked.
