Hi Penny, Thanks for taking a look at my Ducky, Booties and Buttons Baby Shower Cake. The booties are made from gumpaste using the JEM Life-Size Bootie Cutter. You can see which one it is here: http://www.globalsugarart.com/product.php?id=17049 though other cake supply places carry it as well. The duck is free hand modelled from fondant. I have seen several 3D chocolate molds for duckies that could be an alternative - you could make the duckies with yellow candy melts. For the buttons, I made a silicone mold of a small button from one of my son's shirts. Good luck with your cake!
