Hi Paul. Sorry, you could leave me messages. There is or are some crazy people on here who leave me and lots of other members these stupid aweful advertising ridiculous messages, so I closed off my guestbooks, but I just changed the settings, so you and others can now leave me messages. Hi Paul!! Thanks for your comments in my albums of Birds, ducks and swans. You mentioned the lens I had the Sony SAL75-300mm that I used on those photos. Later on I've changed and bought a Nikon D90 and using now Nikkor 18-105mm as standard and a Sigma 10-20mm and Sigma 150-500mm. Next step is a Sigma macro 105mm. have also been into your site myspace Paul Chaperon/Bob Loomis myspacemusic playing some of your music. Dear Paul, I have just entered the National Geographic photo contest with six of my shots and am letting my WS friends know. I'll give you a link to three (I believe you can search for others), and would appreciate it if you could take a look. There is a people's choice award, based on voting by the public, as well as the judges' selections. The cougar shot seems to be my top vote-getter so far. The two cats playing are next - they're my Manx rescues, Gollum and Aragorn. That shot was here on WS and recently won a best-in-show at a local photo exhibition contest. The hummingbird is one of many from my garden. But the NG competition is huge, with thousands of entries, so mine will get lost in the crowd. I just figured I might as well try, just to see if people like my work.
