Paul, You used display more albums, they are missed ! Anyway, hope these three oustanding remaining collections of your work will remain for "years" more. They are photography accomplishments definitely worth many viewings. THANKS for the pleasure ! ! ! (A reply is not necessary; but my comment here is)~ Very Sincerely, Happy Trails... - Gary
Dear Paul...CONGRATULATIONS!! So thrilled to see this Fabulous Album of your Favourite Places honoured with a Homepage Feature...It is Extraordinary Beauty that you have captured and you so deserve this Homepage Feature...Well done...Warm regards...Em
Dear Paul! Just checked my messages and am a bit confused (LOL)! I'm hoping that the message you posted (with all those details) was really meant for me (rather than for Carol)! I know she posted her message on your board ca. 4 hours before I did; hence, the confusion! In any case, thanks for the specific information on how you approach your "subjects." As I've mentioned on many occasions: I love your passion for and dedication to capturing the big cats' souls as revealed in their eyes! Affectionately, Miriam
Hi Paul Really enjoy your new album, the lion shots are fabulous. We can not comment on your photos something is wrong maybe you need to ask Webshots to fix the problem. best wishes Mary
Dear Paul! Just viewed your 23 newest updates and have to agree with Carol! I love the first two lion shots--he must have been having a "good hair day" (LOL)! You always capture the big cats' souls through the expression in their eyes! I especially felt that when looking at the lion's frontal view (#2, at the moment). Also marveled at the ocelot shots: will have to view them one by one to decide which I'm going to download (possibly ALL of them). Also noteworthy is #19 (at present): the amazing detail of the great Egret's feathers! Paul: Wishing you a lovely Spring and good health always! Affectionately, Miriam
Oh my goodness...the first two lion shots are the BEST I have ever seen. Didn't know Naples had a zoo. Guess i'll have to journey down that way one of these days. Sure would like for my husband and me to meet you and your wife. Carol
Just a comment. Your photo of: "Gorilla (Silverback) with Crossed Arms at the Miami MetroZoo," is one of the most impressive shots on WebShots ! It should at least be featured in a National Geographic magazine publication - 'I' think ! A poster picture for the World Wildlife Fund it surely could be. Been a 'bookmark' of mine ever since I first came across it ! For whatever it's worth, just wanted to communicate this. A reply not necessary. Happy Trails, Gary in Seattle
Dear Paul! Sorry it took me two days to respond to your latest message! I'll be thinking of you during this difficult time and will pray for a successful outcome! One thing I've learned through my financial ordeal is that one must always be grateful for good health--no matter what! I've always found comfort in good music (which I'm listening to right now)! God bless you, Paul! Affectionately, Miriam
Dear Paul: I hope this finds you and your family in the best of health. I noticed that your Favorite Animals album came up on "my friends' stuff" as being updated and have started browsing it, but it's such a grandiose album that one definitely needs more time to absorb its beauty. As for me, there's a "tiny" light at the end of the tunnel, but I'm not quite there yet! Wishing you a lovely Spring! Affectionately, Miriam
My dear Paul, i was so sad that you dissapeared from Webshots, and from my friends's list! Now, i am realy happy to see you again!I care so much about you!(Please, forgive my english grammar mistakes!)Have a Wonderful New Year; 2010!
Rodica(Romania)
I've looked at two of your albums, "Latest Offerings" and "Favorite Places". They're wonderful! I would have made comments on individual pictures, but apparently your settings do not allow comments in the albums. Don't know if you were aware of that. Best wishes from Arkansas, Barbara
Dear Paul! Of your 12 newest additions, I prefer the first three: cheetahs, of course! They're beautiful and look well fed! Hope all is well with you and your family. Ciao from rainy Israel! Affectionately, Miriam
That "big black cat" at Memphis Zoo you posted today - wow!! I'd love to run my hands over that beautiful shiny fur....I was telling my husband just the other day, that for some strange reason, I am attracted to black animals. Just realized that personality trait a year or so ago.
Dear Paul! Regarding your newest additions: I think I prefer #5 (rather than #3)--the African Leopard. Will also have to scrutinize those captures which you've added that have deeper color and compare them with the ones I had already downloaded. Glad that it's begun to warm up a bit in Florida (LOL)! Wishing you and your family good health (as always)! Affectionately, Miriam
Dear Paul! I agree with the comment below! As usual, you have such great eye contact with your "subjects." Love that lion plus the cheetahs and pandas, as well. I've just quickly browsed your 19 newest additions and will return in depth at a later date. May you and your family be blessed with good health always! Affectionately, Miriam
Hi Paul,
I really liked your lion posing picture, would have commented there, but I guess you did not enable comments on the album.
It's a great pose. It was nice of him to rest for your picture!
Dear Paul! Let me take this opportunity to wish you a (belated) Happy New Year! I'm so glad you've decided to make certain changes in some of your photos because, to tell you the truth, I had noticed the excessive light, but I thought it was due to the conditions at the zoo! Now, I'll have to re-download some of my favorites (LOL), starting with your fantastic lead photo! May 2010 be a year of good health, happiness, fulfillment, prosperity, peace, and love! Affectionately, Miriam
Paul, Just stopping by to wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I know things have been rough the last couple of years for you, but hope 2010 will be extra special. Best wishes, Carol
Paul, I always your enjoy your excellent photography. The pandas - wow. Every time I think of you I think of all the joy you brought to us daily with the eagles. Let me take this opportunity to wish you and your wife a blessed Christmas, and healthy, happy new year. Your neighbor a few hours north, Carol
Dear Paul! So glad I checked WS before going to sleep--it's ca. 1:37 AM here (Tuesday)! Just downloaded the first of your 13 newest additions: i.e., the African Leopard. What an adorable expression--I could kiss that leopard "nose to nose." Your panda captures put a smile on my face! Absolutely love Xi Lan's curiosity and humorous positions (LOL)! Paul: Wishing you and your family a blessed Christmas and a Happy New Year! Affectionately, Miriam
Dear Paul! Just noticed your latest message! As you've surmised by now, I'm still that static Capricorn--still no albums to speak of, although I know that time is of the essence! Every time I tend to my two cats at home (Yum Yum and Ebony), I realize that NO ONE is getting any younger (LOL)! As soon as this financial crisis is solved (hopefully, sooner than later), I'll invest in a digital camera, even if it's not the BEST--must learn to compromise (ha!). Then, I'll definitely photograph my beloved Yum Yum and upload those pics on WS. Don't forget about my strays--around the Hilton Hotel and at my other, outdoor salt-water pool. FYI: When checking your new additions, I pay attention to the specific upload dates: that's how I know how many are the latest. Wishing you the very best in this holiday season...and a Happy New Year! Affectionately, Miriam

Paul: Correction! In my haste, I mentioned cheetahs, but I really meant ocelots! (They're both exquisite big cats.) My apologies! Hugs, Miriam
