    • Dear Kathy, I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the two photos that you did of Jerry and Winnie Reese. Jerry Reese was my 3rd great grandfather, and Winnie Reese was my 4th great grandmother. My mother never talked about her IDE of the family and now that is very old and not mentally capable of recalling details, I am doing research on my own.     • I don't know which I love more. Scotland or Ireland. I love both and can't wait to view more of your albums. Do you live in Texas? I do also. I was wondering by your "handle", your profile name? I will be back when I have more time to view your other Ireland albums and the ones on Scotland. You must go there quite often. Do you have relatives there? Looking fwd to a reply from you, if possible.

    • Hi, Kathy, Thanks for your message! I hope that you and your husband will indeed be able to travel to Scotland and Ireland in May. I'm afraid that I can't send you the names of many places to stay, because most of the bed-and-breakfast homes where we have stayed in Scotland are ones where we last stayed in 1999 -- so they may no longer be open and are likely to have changed since then. We haven't tried any Scottish self-catering cottages. Anyway: I can heartily recommend a B&B south of Inverness, in Newtonmore, called Clune House, where we stayed twice in Sept. 2007. (I've read that Webshots no longer accepts external links, but you can google the name and place for its Website.) The rooms were comfortable, the hosts very friendly -- including Hollie, the frisbee-chasing collie! -- and the breakfast menu extensive and delicious. If you happen to get up to Caithness in northeastern Scotland, Bilbster House, located in "Bilbster" on the maps (really, it *is* Bilbster), is another fine B&B, with large antique-furnished rooms, friendly hosts, and excellent breakfasts. More generally, we have found the selections on the British site "Bed and Breakfast Nationwide" to be reliable. Its listing compilers select the B&Bs based on quality and interest -- hosts don't pay to be listed. I hope that some of this information will be helpful! Happy New Year!!! --Rebecca

I copyrighted 70 of my gospel songs but didn't have the money to professionally record them, which I hope to do. The majority of my poems are prophecy name poems which I did for family and friends for their birthdays, which I hope to put in a book some day. I did get 3 poems published (one in each book). I wrote a christian novel but haven't had the money to have it published... again, something I want to get done. I hope that answers your question. I'm glad you enjoyed viewing my albums!     • hello, i recently volunteered to photograph the headstones at the Rosehill Seidel cemetery in Rosehill/Tomball, Texas for the www.uscemeteryproj.com website. I began researching to see if anyone else had already photographed that cemetery and I came across your photos. Have you considered donating/sending your photos to the us cemetery project?
