Greetings Mr. Daily!..Just want to take a few minutes to say..Hope you and yours are well and will have a very happy, prosperous new year...I wish the same for my mentor..Cesar Milan and all the wonderful wonderful celebs who love and take care of the worlds special and dearly loved and needed pets..If you can...please extend my well wishes to Cesar and his family from one die hard, dog lover and groomer and trainer to another, although it saddens me that my nearly 40 year career, is in limbo due to circumstances, I am down..but..never..out!..T hank you! thank you, thank you! Dear Mr. Daily( I know that's not your name, but, I do not know your name), I , am Carrie Alsbrooks, and have just gotten your acceptance for friends here..Thank you, and am so elated that you know Cesar Milan, and as you mentioned you would tell him about me when you see him..That's why I want you to know who I am and about the unsurpassed dedication I have had to my career for 38 years to dog grooming/training, and love for dogs. I have groomed for Tom Ewell, he was from Owensboro, where I am from, and at 17 years old was such a treat for him to come from CA with his standard poodle for me to groom..I am still so honored even after he has passed away. I have had major inconveniences at my place while grooming and I still got the job done, I have had no electricity,(I threw an extension cord over fence to neighbors) no water for a year, dull blades, dull scissors, and still got the job done( I tell people, if my equipment fails, I will chew it off, but I will get it done).I hauled 12 buckets of water from next door every day to make sure every dog got a warm bath,heated on an electric stove in a giant pan because I had no gas,I did this for a year, this was 3 years ago and now I am in government housing, because of that run down place and I cannot even have pets here, they are not allowed, which I have had dogs all my life..but,..my dedication still runs solid, I am the only traveling groomer around now, I go to peoples homes to groom their dogs, and teach them correction as Cesar does..I never never believe in hitting a dog, cursing a dog, or anything these people do, I whisper them, kindly, humanely and lovingly, just like Cesar does..and they are amazed..and I have many new customers and they get their dogs groomed and whispered..I love Cesar he is my dog trainer hero..I would love to meet him and for him to know my story..Thank You so much for accepting my friendship..and for knowing Cesar Milan.( and currently, I cannot watch TV here, have no cable, but, I order his DvD's and watch them.
