Hi Gail, thanks for the appreciative remarks about my Midlands album. I used to be mad about close-ups until I got a 35-70 zoom lense and that changed everything. Where a 50mm lense was too restrictive I suddenly found that I could make all sorts of images "fit" with a zoom and I haven't looked back. Bless you.

Hello to all visitors and my lovly friends, I have in this place webshots more of 12 years .... I am very grateful to your attention to give thanks, hardly anyone Gives Them. Have news to you .... All my albums are for two years over here by hackers who stole, and left try to accommodate Each Other. Today I am Meeting with 717 albums at this time. Almost 65 000 downloads and 1'8000, 000 views! That's a big honor for me. Because after working out, home work, and my passion for photography in this short time I do more of never do. But ........ Hi Gail! I had a tiring but happy weekend. I made a birthday party for seventeen closest relatives (my goodness, my son is already 20). What a nice surprise was waiting for me this morning - you had so thoroughly examined my Old Town album and wrote so many wonderful comments. Thank you very much, dearest friend. When I took these photos, I had about four hours walk through the Old Town. It does take much time to view all these pictures. I appreciate very much that you took the time. I'm really thankful for all your sweet comments. I know many of the city legends but it was interesting to me to search them in English. To answer your questions: Yes, Burgermeister in the middle ages was not a master of hamburgers :-D A Burgermeister was chairman of the executive council in many cities in the Hanseatic League. Many large cities had more than one Brgermeister (literally: "master of the citizens"). The title is usually translated into English as Mayor. By the Nelasilma (eye of a needle) gate is placed display screen, which shows the documentary images about history of the surroundings. That little boy watching it. The tornado sirens went off several times yesterday, and we were under a tornado warning... got a yard full of hail, rain, and wind... electricity went out at 5:30 pm and didn't come back on until 7 pm, but no tornado in our area so we are all okay.
