Hi, thank you so much for the congratulations on being featured on the home page with my photo "Magical Sunset at the Bled Island" and for your very nice words! I took this photo soon after the rain has stopped and the sun, that just came through the clouds, was setting for the day. I used photographs I had taken with permission, having spent many weekends over the past year in the Paradise area, making friends while taking photographs. Knowing them has made me a better person; my hope is to pass this on through my photojournalism. The evening of the event I felt the need to put this album together with the help of a good friend from WS,[Randyincv]. I have to say thank you to Randy for the editing. Also, Thank you to WS for featuring it. The fear that these lovely people would been seen only in their grief, while being hounded by the press seemed so unfair to them. Three hundred years of Amish History demonstrates a powerful sense of nonresistance, goodwill and pacifism, with none of the modern trappings we all rely on. For these humble Americans, to walk with the Lord is enough! They have shown us through simple love and understanding, their forgiveness is their strength. Forgive those who trespass against us!
