Hi Dan.....I am so thrilled, and honored to have been featured on the Homepage recently...Thanks ever so much for popping by and leaving your most kind comments, which I truly value....Take care now, and Best Wishes...Larry.
Hi Dan, are you still checking this web page? I'm interested in one or more of your photos of Indian Head, Saskatchewan for a gift. Can I download them from your website? If you get this message, please send an e-mail to me at staylor@vetmed.wsu.edu. Thanks so much,
Sandy
Hey Dan, thanks for the heads up on that site. I haven't got around to checking it out yet, but will before too long. When I do, I'll be sure to check out your contributions. "Snappy Rails", Ron
Hi Dan: Thanks for the Friendship invitation; much appreciated. You're the first 'railfanner' I've been able to connect with. The American ones seem to think they're the only ones on Webshots. You leave them compliments, but they don't reciprocate. Judging by their track record, it doesn't appear they comment on anyone's, yet probably expect kudos on theirs. One of them left a compliment on my first train album, but that was it. I only began photographing trains in May of '07 and wish I'd started long before. I have an X700 also, which partnered with my XD11. However when it came time for Auto Focus, I switched to Nikon, and now use Nikon D-SLRs...a D50 & D80. Time for me to go, my AVG Resident Shield is picking up threats from the site. Something is wrong somewhere. Hope to connect later. Thanks again, Ron.
Thanx for Silo information....we too suffer from the demolition ball and crane..My Webshots page is mainly dedicated to what we call here in the UK as Urban Exploration...capturing on film of any derelict buildings due for demo..I love our old power station cooling towers and victorian asylums...all going to make way for yet more houses that few can afford or even need!
all the best from Stu
oh, thanks for the info on Karras, Ive met his widow here in Nipawin and had coffee with her. I think there are only the two books out, I have Face The North Wind and North To Cree Lake, I enjoyed them very much as my Dad was a pioneer trapper for 46 years.

Would you have any historical information on the Manor House in Indian head?
