Thank you for congratulating me on my frost covered pine cone photo that was featured on the homepage yesterday. Although I had an album featured this is the first photo I have had featured on the homepage. That photo and a number of my other photos have been and are featured in Member's Choice Outdoors category but those are photos randomly chosen by a computer software program. Have a great Sunday. Jim
Hello! Many thanks for the kind congratulations on my POTD from „Yellow season“ album in "Home Page" a week ago. I really appreciate it! The crop on yellow fields is rape (rapeseed, Brassica napus). I am afraid, but flowers of this plant dont smell well. In last years, it is very popular in many parts of Europe to plant this crop very extensively. The reason?: Goverments support the use of rapeseed oil in the manufacture of biodiesel. Best wishes, Ladislav (Czech Republic)
Hi there, it's been more than two weeks that Lauser was POTD and it is only today that I find the time to thank you for your msg. I really appreciate you visiting & commenting and Lauser would have, too! Astrid
Thank you so much for your congratulations on my photo of 'Peacefulness', which was the POTD on the Homepage. It was a lovely surprise! I’m so glad you liked it and I really appreciated your words of encouragement. Cynthia
Many thanks for your congratulatory message for my POTD of Mt. Rushmore at night. It was indeed an honor for me, especially since it was a photo of one of our National Memorials. A bit of trivia: Over 90% of Mount Rushmore was carved by using dynamite. Dynamite blasts removed approximately 450,000 tons of rock from the mountain. Have a great day. Argue? not a favorite past time of mine.... lol Carol
Hi Friend.....I am so thrilled, and honored to has been featured here on the Homepage today...Thanks ever so much for popping by and leaving your most kind comments, which I truly value....Take care now, and Best Wishes...Larry.
My dear lambchop11100, you're lovely! Thank you for the explanation of medical transcription - I am utterly fascinated (and it sure beats deciphering handwriting - lol)! I've searched high and low for your name, but can't find it... I like that you know how to live life and enjoy yourself! Don't stop :-) Joy

Again Thank You,
Pablo
Hi there, thank you for commenting on my CC winner. I am in complete shock. I didnt think that would be winner worthy or even fit into the challenge! Thank you again, always appreciated! ~Nicole
Hello - forgive the blanket message as I am not sure how else to proceed. I need to share this before I delete all pictures of any children from my site. In good faith I shared some of my favorite shots - most recently I entered one of my daughter in a challenge of family portraits. Most of the responses have been wonderful and kind - but I have discovered there is a population of child ##### lovers on Webshots that turn a lovely photo into something that makes me sick with worry and disgust. I will include the most offensive comment and allow you to decide for yourself. I am going to send this message to all who have viewed this photo and commented on it - as well as the fact that I complained to webshots on 9/28 and have still not heard any response. I also notified the police because when I tracked back to the person who made the comment, there was a response regarding pedophiles that I believe needs to be addressed. I am sorry something that has been such fun has now been truly sullied. My regards to you, Shauna
offensive comment: People are talking about your photos!

HI! Thank you so much for your congratulations on my featured POTD yesterday. I was so thrilled and honored to see it featured. Bob and I really love the Maroon Bells area of Colorado in the fall and that made it extra special for me. Greetings from Missouri, Sharon
I am in my 50s and live in Denver, Colorado (USA). I am a musician and writer. I do medical transcription for a living. I like to ride my motorcycle, practice magic, shoot, play darts, go bowling, and argue.
