I just was looking for something for Shavuoth (Jewish Harvest Festival) when it is traditional to read the Book of Ruth. I am very interested in Biblical Women and I love what you have done even tho' I know nothing about quilting. My friend in Canada to whom I wanted to send this as an e-card for the Holiday is also a quilter so she will no doubt understand some of the subtleties (sp??)

Hello Karen, I really enjoyed your postings and instructions for applique - I am a real beginner - I have even had difficulty putting the first block together - I couldnt get things to line up - I think I started assembling the pieces the wrong way - as there were no instructions as to the order of assembly I just fumbled about - if you have any tips for that I would be most greatful - I feel so stupid not being able to find a way around this to make something that resembles any of the postings. It really brings the bible study into the for - how those women had to really have stickability to get through - the confusion, disappointment and terror they must have felt - I feel similar in my cost house in UK - my email is mhill4@googlemail.com I look forward to your post.
