Esa foto la tire desplazando el lente de la camara muy lentamente a traves de la jaula de la hiena. Ella me observo tranquila, medio asustada, parece que le llamaba la atencion la luz verde del red-eye reduction. El tigre fue mas dificil porque fue a mas distancia. I can't even imagine travelling for 3 months!!! I get five weeks vacation too but they never like you to take too much at once. Prague was phenomenal, like walking through a gothic novel. But alas it was the only time the astrological clock has been closed down (to clean it) since it was built! So no photos of it - I have still not gotten over it that. We did that trip with Vienna and Budapest. I am lucky enough to have a great friend who also loves to travel but we have definitely upped the ante with Egypt and Africa. Lorraine (NYC)

Wow, I am so jealous - CUBA!!! You are totally out of my league! CAN'T WAIT to see the photos! Let me know when they are posted. It will probably be a while until my next trip - maybe May. I used to travel 4 times a year but family issues are keeping me grounded to once or twice a year - huge bummer. But that's why I am trying to make them big trips. Hi Karin: Well I've started to go through your new albums, but still have more to go. Looks like you had a wonderful trip! About the camels. My husband rode on one when he went to Israel and he said they smelled really bad! He couldn't wait to get his clothes off after that ride. So interesting that you didn't notice that. Perhaps the weather does make a difference! Your accommodations in the desert were way beyond what I would have expected. Very nice! Now about the boyfriend. . .is this a new relationship? Haven't heard you talk about him before. How did you meet, is he the same age as you, what does he do for work? OK, I'm like a mother duck here, looking out for her little gossling! Hi Karin - Everything is going as well as can be expected in January in Northeastern Ohio. We are struggling to get over freezing (32 degrees farenheit) here. And we have had way too many days under zero degrees. That wouldn't be bad if it was degrees celsius, but it's not. I'm so glad all your kitties are now getting along. It can be difficult. When our two white kittens (Snowy Kitty and Slushie Kitty) were introduced to the older cats (Munchie Kitty and Tigger Kitty), there were some definite bad feelings. They mostly get along now, but there are still occasional hissing events. But they will all sit on the bed together now though not touching. I envy your cat pictures where they are all lying draped over each other. My cats never do that. Oh well. Have a great week. Take care, Phyl
