I've revised numerous times over the past few days and hopefully, the album is now the best I can do with it. I still don't know some of the bands to label them. Hi Joe, Thank you for your great messsage. It was very nice hearing from you and yes, I have spring fever too. I circled down by the ponds at the Roger's Center last evening. The honkers are all about and I love to see them again. I hibernated all winter mostly, but last weekend took more photos than I did all winter. Oneida Lake had 1000s of migrating Canada and Snow geese in front of my brother's home. I missed most of the Snow geese. They apparently went winging north before I got there. Then our goat farmer friend already has babies galore. And speaking of keeping my lens clean. During a visit to that goat farm last year with my family, we were passing the camera around and just ONE finger smudge on that lens did in 100s of irreplaceable photos. A lesson learned the hard way. I'm loving the weather improvement after this very cold winter. Enjoy our world coming alive again and stay healthy. Donna

Joe..I am just NOW thanking you for the lovely visit to my old home.....I sure do miss it. Everyone keeps expecting me to be ecstatic about the new place...but honestly I stil have 50-Plus boxes to go thru...and painting...landscaping, TONS of work,and this place is about 50 years NEWER than my last. I really do miss the neighborhood, neighbors, so much. I HOPE I adapt here! I JUST realized the other day..there are NO kids OR animals in this hood. Lots of semi-retired folks. OR retired. No wonder its so quiet!I feel like a fish out of water. At our other place there were about 10 cats and another dozen kids and dogs... It was REALLY like Mayberry ya know? People sat outside on their porches...came over when in trouble... watched out for one another. I wish I could get in the groove here....I feel silly for not. So tell me, Doc. J....Is this NORMAL????? Course, why would I experience anything in a NORMAL fashion (I tell myself) seperation/ sentimental/ mental disorder I thinks. I wuz the little kid that cried when I had to give up my old ratty coat for a brand new one...lol!!!!(But, Joe...The NEW coat was stiff and uncomfortable..and not the color I liked! wah!!)~ your pal...A.
