I got your second message as well - now I get the Australian connection - yes I used to travel a lot around the world for business but just loved getting home and going fishing - any good fishing in France? Jim Snow, Brisbane, Australia
Hi,
I have made the biggest mistake in my life when I left Australia in march 90 to come back in Europa.
I can understand what you feel on the way back home.
of course they have good fishing in France but very different. No big fish, sharks or Baramundi!
I am not a fisherman myself but I live in Rhodesia and was lucky enough to go fishing at the Kariba Lake an catch a few Tiger fish.. but I gess you know about it. One of the world most hard fighting fish.
When I came in Australia, even if the sharks are "fascinating" to me I refuse to go in the water more or less over the knees.. and I was theer for 13 years. However I did go under the water with the bottle in Hayman island not alone of course and I saw at large tiger shark near our group but I had no fear, I guess because I could see it. I went back on board rapidely and realy felt like a coward but alive.. ah!ah!
