Hi Jay, I left a tag on your page on MM but forgot to ask a question in ref. to the lighting I'm trying. I have the lamps, the 100 watt fluorescent bulbs as suggested and a nice pole(used to be a coat rack), but the lamps I purchased are aluminum, do you suggest painting each white for the proper light effect or can I leave them? Also, I am considering purchasing a new camera and would appreciate any input you have on that subject, how is your Canon Rebel? Thanks again, Tony

Hi Jay, I'm in the process of trying to convert a section of my basement into a studio, the basement is finished with recessed lighting, wood floor and a fair amount of open space. I was looking for any suggestions for backdrops and reflectors. Linens and Things is going out of business, so I looked this last weekend for any potential backdrop materials, but nothing seemed fitting. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, Thank You, Tony

Hi Jay, Just wanted to get you my MM#, it is 828661, have not had much time to do much recently, but, now will have plenty of time due to a layoff on Friday. The auto industry right now is rough. I look at this as an opportunity to dedicate more time to what I love. Really appreciate the advise on the lighting, I will try to erect my own in the days to come. Hope all is well, Tony

Thanks for the comment Jay, appreciate it. I'll be posting more shots soon hopefully, some theme stuff on the macabre side, wanted to do it for Halloween, but, time, they just don't make enough. Great shots! Photography is my favorite hobby also. I've gotton pretty good at scenic, getting better at wildlife. People is my next step. I am trying to get some subjects to shoot. Your pictures of people are fantastic! I enjoy checking out your albums. Seeing your shots helps set my direction to photographing people.
