I didn't know about the POTD until this morning when I finally had time to check my e-mail. It was a wonderful surprise and, yes, I am enjoying the spotlight and all the comments from fellow photographers who took their time to write to me!

Hi, Jayne! That's quite alright! I always enjoy visiting Jo-Jo and Rosie! I know what you mean about how fast they grow! Kittens are always so cute, but they can develop into beautiful adults, so don't despair! BTW: I apologize for not commenting on your other albums: e.g., Christmas decorations, etc. I'm going through a financial crisis right now and find it a bit difficult to keep up with all of my friends' albums. Hello Jayne, thank you for dropping in on my album of the village of Trull and putting in all your very nice comments. As regards the stocks in churchyards, we seem to have quite a few around this area. Perhaps this part of the country miss-behaved more than other parts. Not a lot of chances to visit villages at the moment with all the bad weather lately. Never mind, they’ll keep for another day. I’ve still got a few that I’ve taken but not uploaded yet. I like to put in the caption the album title as well as the name of the WS member. It's funny that when I looked through my files, I thought this house was a picture I had already painted. Dear Jayne, Once again I thank you sincerely for your generous and welcome comments on my Flower Gallery album. Always appreciated. Hope your weather doesn't close in too quickly but we do get some beautiful snow scenes when it does. On the other hand it has been our hottest start to November for 100 years, I live in the very southern most part of Victoria where it was always lush and green but the water pattern has been so terrible now for 12-13 years we have been in drought and so water is rationed. Now this heat a whole week in 30+ but South Australia is worse they are getting 40 degrees and we can expect that too. Fortunately I have a cool house and needs are not many,I do take one lady shopping weekly so that is when I do mine,rest of time stay in out of the heat. Manage a walk early morning. A parte i problemi col mio computer che riavvia in continuazione le pagine senza che io riesca a trovare una soluzione, in questi mesi non sto troppo bene ... Piccoli problemi di salute e "grandi arrabbiature nel lavoro" sono normali ma a volte mi portano via il buon umore e con esso anche la voglia di occuparmi di tante cose, che pure amo, come la fotografia o il dipingere ... Passerà ... Prima o poi tutto passa nella vita, anche i periodi grigi! ;0) Vedrai che tra poco sarò nuovamente in buona forma e riprenderò anche a pubblicare qualche nuova foto!
