    • Bonjour, cher Haig. Un grand merci pour l'interesse du Solar Impulse, sur lequel nous sommes un peu fiers (;-) Oh, yes they indeed came even much closer to theyr intended target last month. You can read about on google ! They made the world’s first international flight powered by the sun to show the potential for pollution-free air travel. The Solar Impulse took off from an airfield at Payerne in western Switzerland on Friday morning 15,6. 11 and landed at Brussels airport after a 13-hour flight. Later also in Paris.     • Hi Haig. You kindly visited and commented on several of my photos on 7th July - my appologies for not contacting you sooner. Thanks for identifying the night heron - we dont get them in the UK. I'm curious why you suggest getting a more modern Pentax camera. I really like the results this one gives me. Would they be any better with a newer camera? I visited Beruit about 7 years ago but without a camera. It was fascinating especially seeing Roman ruins down in the south and coastal towns mentioned in the Bible. Now I must visit your albums too.
