Hi..! I'm researching info on the MNH factory that produced several of Nazi Germany battle tanks and tank destroyers. My aim is to work on a diorama(s) depicting areas of the factory after some of the damage had been done by the air raids, but while work was still going on. Your series of pictures showing pre-bombing and post-bombing would be really useful, but I can't obtain decent copies straight from webshots. I'm wondering whether you'dbe kind enough to send them (or some of them) to me at retrokit@retrokit.net..? Thanks, Domi

Dear Gruasdealba, I'd like to use one of your pictures for my doctoral dissertation. It's the picture Scherenfernrohr in use. Is it possible, to send me a printable data (300dpi ore more) and a permission for use? Thanks, Oliver

Hi, I am in Tennessee, USA. Like you I love to collect images of WWII. Rather than leave the images in black and white, I like to use Photoshop's Gradient Mapping to apply color to enhance the drama of the event photographed. As a graphic designer since 1973 I have studied color and images for many years. Experimenting with the b/w images increases my skills in using Photoshop everyday. Would you allow me to download a few of your images? I can now take a screen shot, but I would appreciate the priviledge of the original size image. Thank you and I will be glad to email the manipulated images if you like, later. John Robinson

Hi, I have seen your picture of the burial of Kapitaen z. See Langsdorff. This is actually the burial of the seamen who died in the course of the battle; I have put the original photos on webshots ( my uncle was the leading engineer Kaleu Carl Klepp) and the real picture of Langsdorff's funeral is in Joseph Gilbey's book ( I was in contact with Gilbey and have a copy of his book). You can contact me directly under pfeuerst@tampabay.rr.com) . Best regards, Peter Feuerstein www.peterfeuerstein.com

Hello! I have found your album on Sturmboot during searching the web for informations on Pioniere - they are magnificient. I am a member of reenacting group, we are reenacting a Pioniere unit /Pi.Btl.39 of the 3. Panzer-Division/, and collecting information on Pioniere and german pioneer equipment. We have a group- web site dedicated to Pioniere: www.pionier39.pl . You can visit our galleries, ex. http://www.pionier39.pl/czerniakow19442007/index.html from Warsaw-uprising reenacting. We have also collected some original photos of Pioniere: http://www.pionier39.pl/pioniere_galerie.html . We would like to build a site describing pioneer equipment, tactics, history etc., I would like to ask you, whether it would be possible to get permission to post your Sturmboot-photos on our site? We will of course provide it with info on the source of the photos /your person?, link to your album or website? if you would like/. Thanks and Best regards Matthew Tylec, Poland (sanitater@go2.pl)

Hello, Funny thing-- I'm going through a family collection of optics, and while researching one, I found your photo. My pair of blc 8x60's are serial #3700458! Only 7 away on the production line, if you can believe it. Anyway, I'm kind of new to optics, do you have any info on them? I know they are U-boat binoculars, but do the serial #s give any more info on their history? Thanks, Eric

I commented on some binoculars that you have pics of. My dad has the same pair but we are unsure of what vehicle they are from. Do you have any info? They are German rangefinding binoculars to my knowledge with sun filters. Your pic has a red line across the front edge. Any help would be great.

Hi, I'm the original scanner of many of the Maus pics on page 5. I've posted a couple of corrections to your captions here: http://forum.axishistory.com/viewtopic.php?t=100589&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=15
