Hi! I'm working on a biochemistry textbook for Oxford University and we're looking for a shot of migratory birds at the Bering Sea. Yours is such a gorgeous shot! We'd like to use it in the book. If you're interested, please send me your email address and I will get in touch with you. katie.naughton@oup.com Thanks! Katie

Hi! I'm working on lunar eclipse articles on Wikipedia, and looking for photos, and found yours of a partial lunar eclipse at: http://outdoors.webshots.com/album/479147839tyCCAg The article for the partial Oct 2005 eclipse is here, with no photo: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/October_2005_lunar_eclipse I'd love to upload your photo for it. It's great quality and very close to maximal eclipse, just what I'd like! What do you think? Tom Ruen http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Tomruen

Hello! First of all let me congratulate you for the great work you are doing as a photographer. Your photos are really nice and inspiring. Therefore I would really like to invite you to join the travel photos portal where I am an active member as well. It is an expanding travel community that we are trying to build up. And I think that it is a great chance for you to increase your visibility as well as share your travel experiences with so many more people around the world. Registration is free of charge and you just have to give the link to the actual location of your travel photo gallery and insert a small description about it. It takes just a few minutes! Here is the link to the travel community I am talking about: http://travelphotofind.com/ I could have suggested your travel photos myself, but I thought it would be so much better for you to do it yourself and then personally receive feedback from the visitors. Hope to see you there soon! Sincerely yours, Andre

I sure appreciate the thinkings and philosophy that is behind your photographings and philosophy. A pleasure to see where you have been, and see the natural subjects you found. I appreciate a statement made by the very-green environmentalist 'Dave Foreman:' -- "In the beginning, it was 'all' Earth National Park." - Best Wishes from 'me' in Seattle

Your albums are stunning, so colorful and fascinating! English is not my native language, so I am missing words how to describe all that I see, but believe me I am deeply imprested! Keep up a good work and thanks for sharing!

Dear "Fieldbrother", while searching for photos of Emperor Penguins, I "stumbled" on your wonderful album. On first sight, I was completely under the spell! I downloaded a few, but decided it was worth the while to post as a fan of yours, which is now the case. I plan to slowly browse through all your albums and fill my eyes with beauty. Thank you so much for sharing the stark unspoiled grandeur of Antarctica and its wonderful inhabitants. Greetings from Montréal, Annick

What a fantastic collection of albums. I just came across them today and haven't had time yet to look at them all, but I will be back again and again to take the time to look at them at my leisure. I repeat, fantastic collection. Saludos from Sheina in Argentina

Hi, Amazing Penguin rookery pics. I am going on the snow hill rookery expedition through quark myself in Late oct. 08 this year as well. I was just wondering what time of year you went and in what year, as I noticed in their brochure they talked of the 2006 expeditions getting to see the penguin chicks, but not of the 2007 expedition. I was just wondering what chances I would have of seeing such an amazing site. Again amazing pictures, and feel free to email me at rrymal01@gwise.louisville .edu about your amazing journey. I'm thinking about picking up a 1dmkIII myself. =)
