Hi, David. Thanks for your visit and comment on my latest album of Petit Jean Mountain State Park. It is worth the trip (about a 2-hour drive from Little Rock). The weather was delightful that day, so it was wonderful to be on the mountain top with my husband and son. All of us were snapping away! You must visit the place if opportunity brings you to Arkansas! Regards, Barbara

Dear Dave, It's always a big honor for me when you to come & visit my albums - especially of your stature & long experience in photography. Thank you so much for visiting 2 of my recent albums about Dipolog & Butuan cities (both in deep southern Mindanao). If not for these work assignments that necessitate me to travel, I wouldn't get to see various places of my own country. However, the work pace is a bit stressful, hence, I don't get to stay long & enjoy the place. Perhaps next time when I return for a leisure tour, I'll know where to explore and spend more time. Once again, Dave, thank you for your visit and for leaving behind such a nice comment. Take precious care, my friend, and God bless! ~~~Mary Ann

Thanks David for viewing my photos. Your right, I have not visited Joshua yet. I prefer places that require me to put my truck in 4X4. That would be places like Anza-Borrago.

Thank you so much, David, for your comment on my Katy Trail album. When I first was getting started, only a few months ago, my friend Elm in Canada suggested to me to be a tour guide, and that has been somewhat my motto. I appreciate your stopping by. Have a great day! ..Betty

Hello to all visitors and my lovly friends;I have in this place webshots more of 12 years.... I am very grateful to your attention to give thanks, hardly anyone gives them. Have news to you....All my albums are for two years over here by hackers who stole, and left try to accommodate each other. Today I am meeting with 717 albums at this time. Almost 65 000 downloads and 1'8000, 000 views! That's a big honor for me. Because after working out, home work, and my passion for photography in this short time I do more of never do. but ........ I do not have time to see and know all your work but occasionally enter and leave a review of least you know that you are not forgotten. Big hugs to all you my friends. Please do not feel obliged to comment, I know it's tired with the recpacha, but I wanted to thank you hugs! God bless you

Hi Dave, haven't talked to you in a wile so tango for stopping by n the comment, yes that plane was sweeeet & looked brand spanking new, I was taking a walk around Lake Hood and saw her doing touch & goes so I had to stand there and shoot some pixs after all the snow we have had. I used to fly Cessnas & Pipers a long time ago and keep telling myself one of these days but who can afford it???

Dear Dave, Thank you for visiting my album about a small island called Camiguin in the Philippines. Until I visited the place last year, I had no idea that there were that many volcanoes in that small island - wow, at least 7! So no wonder earthquakes rock that place from time to time - probably no different from earthquake-prone California, just like you said. I guess the only difference would be the origins of the quakes. I guess California quakes tend to emanate from deep faultlines along San Andreas, hence, they are mostly tectonic; while Camiguin's quakes would be primarily volcanic. Thank you so much for sharing your observation - really so great for you to point that out. Oh, I hope you have a blessed and Happy Easter, dear friend! God bless! ~~~Mary Ann

Hi Dave: Thank you for your kind comment on my "Mailboxes" album. I started photographing mailboxes when I was visiting my mother in North Platte, Nebr. and gradually widened my search to include the sideroads and small towns while driving to and from Denver. I wish you good "drive-by shooting". I remember seeing mailbox photo "contests" in "Popular Mechanics" (or "Mechanics Illustrated") in the 1950s :-) Marvin BerryMan

Dear Dave, Thank you so much for visiting my two albums (On a Wing and a Prayer, and the Imelda Marcos Museum). One is short (4 photos only), ethereal & uplifting in its theme. The other is long & earthly corrupt in taste. It boggles my mind to see so much opulence & lavish home decors while the country's economy is struggling and most Filipinos at poverty level. Imelda's perception & reality are at odds with each other resulting into sickly choices. I guess that is why megalomania is a sickness, isn't it? Oh, I hope your coming elections will weed out someone in power with similar tendencies. :-) Take precious care, Dave, especially in your current political advocacy which I truly support. And may God bless you immensely in everything you do! ~~~Mary Ann

Hi! My husband was in the Navy when we were on Whidbey Island, and almost everyone we knew was, too. I don't remember ever meeting the Davidsons. Whidbey was such a beautiful place. We always said that's where we'd go when Randy retired, but we ended up in Nebraska.

Hello again,David. Yes, I live in central Indiana. Mostly flat and unexciting countryside, but I still manage to find plenty of beauty around.

Thanks checking out my albums Tree Designs, and Creatures of Nature, and for your comments. Glad you enjoyed them. You have some very nice and interesting albums yourself. Looks like some beautiful country out there. Hope to make it out east some day.

Hi David, Thanks for stopping by my "San Francisco with Barbara" album. I can't wait to go back there. Maybe I'll get a chance to try the places you mentioned. Best Regards, Mac

Like your album of homes and landscapes from old strip mines! What happened with your e-mail?

How do you like being back in Pennsylvania? You probably do have tree frogs somewhere in the state. They don't do well with lawn chemicals and pollution, but you might spot them in the woods. They are tiny and easy to miss - the young ones are fingernail size.

No longer are people allowed to enter, sad but understandable. QUESTION: Do you and your bud ever get together with a group for a camp out. It would be kicks to do this with a large number of people and just thought I would bounce the idea off. If you want to see an amazing bridge, check out my Midgley bridge album. Every time I see it, it never cease to amaze how come it is still standing. Thanks for your visits. Lizzazz

Thanks for your comments on my Sunset Crater album. There are others that might interest you, in that vicinity, maybe you even went to in "62". Have a good one. Liz

Thank you, David, for your comment on my sunset picture that is full of black tree silhouettes against a brilliant sky. We live in an area where there are so many oak trees that it's hard to get a good unobstructed view of a sunrise or sunset. So I really appreciated your saying that you love to take pictures of sunrises with the trees in the foreground. They do form a lacy pattern, like an ink drawing, against the warm glow of sunset. I'd noticed an orange glow in the house and looked outside and saw that splendid sunset (the picture didn't do it justice). The next night on the evening news, the local weatherman commented on the unusual sunset and showed a few viewers' photos of it.
