Its was a pleasure gassyone2 to look at your pictures. My pond is around 1000 gallons. The koi are all babies and growing fast! Plan for 2009 is to rebuild the pond to take it to 4000 gallons to give them plenty of space to grow. The pond is curently heated and maintained at 15 deg C.

Thanks for visiting my pond albums! Learning how to keep clear water with occasional quilt batting, activated carbon, plenty of plants and regular water changes. Admired the pics of your large pond. How many gallons is it? The Koi look nice and healthy. Hope all is well with your pond this winter given the extreme weather we've been having.
