  • Thank you very much for your kind comments on my featured Cuba Varadero album. I appreciate my Webshots friends. I also love to 'travel the world' from my computer desk and see the places I have not seen yet from images that you all have shared. They also challenge me towards excellence in my own. Thank you, Darlene

  • Hello Marlise, what a large panoply of albums You have here! I have not the time to visit for the moment as preparing a trip to Madagascar starting next week; I must say that You gave me a great pleasure when I received your pertinent comments on my 'Grand Organs of the World' featured album mostly when You said to have seen the slide show while hearing one of my most loved piece of organ, B.A.C.H. of Litz! No words could make me more happy, very warm regards to You and to your husband, Jacques from Paris.

  • Hello Marlise. Thank you so much for stopping by my recent feature. I appreciated you taking the time to let me know you called. The reason it has taken me so long to reply is that I was in Italy at the time. What a thrill it was coming home to oodles of emails It was such an unexpected and overwhelming surprise. I found even more interesting doorways in Italy which have been added to the album if ever you have the time to call again. Jayne/England

  • Hi there. I just want to ask you something about cameroon. I've been researching about local people from cameroon and I located your site. Do you know the company NCKAM enterprises? It's located in Douala Republic of Cameroon, Central Africa. I wonder if there's such a company that exists. Thanks for your time. Hope to hear from you. You can reply to me at hsieh_may@yahoo.com

  • Hi Marlise! I just got back from the "Arctic Circle" with National Geographic where we searched for "Polar Bears", sailed with Ice Bergs and marveled at the spectacular Glaciers before Global Warming takes it all away. Hope you and your family/friends enjoy it just as much as I did! Lauryn/Charlotte, NC, USA

  • Marlis Lemke. what a German name! so far I saw only one of your photos, the bananas with the purple Clematis bloosom. The colors are perfect and the theme is great for the challenge. Nice Entry. You just returned from Cameroon, and you read the Bible. Has you husband been a missionary there? Friends of mine and and a wonderful pastor with a wonderful wife are just going this month to Cameroon to serve as missionaries. It is something they always wanted to do. It's late. I will want to return to your site. Guten Abend und viel Freude mit Ihrer Familie. Ihre Enkelin ist hat viele interessante Albume hier in webshots. Ich erkenne sie immer gleich, tolles Pferdebild.

  • Dear Marlis, Thank you so much for your comments about my Tagtag Ifugao picture. I truly appreciate that for the encouragement and inspiration these bring me. The Ifugao people in the Philippines have every reason to be really proud. Their very ancestors built the lofty rice terraces 2,000 years ago. And yes, they still stand and are in use even to this day. God bless you and your family!~~~Mary Ann
