Go into people, then fans. Anyone with a logo you should look at. They usually don't have any albums up and I suspect foul play. Personally I deleted all fans and there were a few I asked to be friends first. It is a great place for a virus to hide since we don't get any email to alert us we have a new fan. Sadly enough I have had to restrict only friends can leave comments. Best of luck to you, joni rae

CONCERNING SPAMMERS. I wrote to webshots, who responded :”I have requested that these spammers be blocked from Webshots. We will be working to put in place security measures to reduce spammer activity in the future. I apologize for the inconvenience this causes. In the meantime, please send me the member name of spammers and I will block them from Webshots.” You also send the names of spammers (Help & Support ---> Send feedback). Thanks

Hi there, up until now I just assumed my e-mail was automatically available to everyone on my friends list. Duh!!! (Well, I’ve never been accused of being the thinking kind, LOL.) Hi Friend, I finally made it back safely to Louisville from Ohio on Sunday evening and met my family at the Days Inn where my wife had found a room as we were still without power. That night the interior temp was 19 degrees and falling in the house when we came over to get Rocky our dog. He was in the garage in his doghouse staying comfy but I didn’t want to take any chances with the outdoor temp expected to go below zero that night, which it did. (Maxwell was staying with family friends that had room for him.) The weather has since warmed up enough and the Sun graced us with its appearance a number of days to help get the snow melted on the streets and the Electric Co. was able to get back to our area and repair all of the downed lines and replace a couple transformers that had exploded. We were finally able to come home yesterday, Feb. the 4th, My Birthday! What a great gift that was, able to sleep in my own bed, woohoo! I will soon be posting some photos that Chris (now five) and I were able to take. He was here in Louisville taking photos of the ice storm damage and I was in Ohio taking a few photos while waiting for the roads to thaw out enough so I could make a run for the border, LOL. I do hate the fact that I was in the wrong place at the wrong time and missed some fantastic photo opportunities according to my wife, but there will be others. I’m just thankful that my family and I were kept safe and although we have lost a lot of material possessions and incurred some unexpected financial burdens we are all together and have a roof over our head. Hello My Friend~ I have heard from Susan. She has been fighting her cancer with all her might. She informed me today that she has taken terribly ill and the fight has become too much. She had to stop treatments as she felt her body and mind could take no more. In this very difficult time, she still needs our prayers. We need to remember that love is not selfish. While we don't want to ever have to say goodbye, we have to love her enough to let her do what she needs to do for her. We need to be supportive, understanding and continue to pray for her. She needs us all now more then ever. May she have many more wonderful moments and may she not suffer. May she always know that she has touched our hearts and will remain near and dear to us always. Thank you all for the love and support you have extended over this fight. My hope is that you continue to do so as your words, and the love behind them, mean the world to Susan. I can't tell you how thankful I am to know people such as yourselves. The kind of people that make time to let someone else know they are not alone. You are all such wonderful people. Though I write this with a heavy heart and many tears, I also write it with great love. Hi friend, I will keep this message short due to my fear that my computer will crash again before I finish, LOL. Once again I have found myself at the mercy of computer gremlins, as well as Dell’s tech support :-} after my computer started crashing for no apparent reason (Although I believe it didn’t like the new-fangled version of Webshots newest software as that is when my problems first started... of course that is only speculation on my part). After a couple of weeks of erratic behavior, blue screens, error messages, lost operating system messages, I made the purchase of an external hard drive wishing I would have taken the advice of annedm1 a couple of months ago because my continual procrastination resulted in the sickening loss of over 4600 photo’s that were not backed up that I could not retrieve! I have since learned my lesson and it is my New Year’s resolution to start doing computer back up’s. Anyway, we had a wonderful Christmas Holiday and New Year’s here and I hope that all my WS friends did also. I will be catching up with everyone as time allows. Blessings to you and yours. Hello Cougar~ I wanted to thank you for leaving another message of love, strength and hope for our dear Susan. Nothing makes me happier then writing to her and having more special deliveries to include in the note. I know, from my contact with her, that each one is like a ray of sunshine and warmth. She gathers strength and determination from each one. She is so touched and grateful (beyond words) that so many people care and take the time to send a message. I am equally as touched by it all. It is nice to know that, though this is a busy time of year, there are still people out here who don't even need to think twice about extending love and support to a friend in need. Hello Cougar~ I heard from Susan and am delivering her update. She had a reaction to something they had done and her leg swelled up. It was rather sore but she took medication and it is better today. They are still on schedule so the Chemo starts on Monday. She also asked that I remind people that she sends her love and many thanks for all the prayers and love.
