  • Hi, I'm the guy with the navy album from WWII that had two pictures of your Father-In-Law. It was really great and a suprise to get your comment. Those pictures were taken by my dad while he was in the navy then. The one picture of the three sailors with your father in law in the middle, well my dad, Walter Oliver Sherman, was the one on the left. He went by Oliver. Really cool they were buddies back then. Tell me about your father in law. Is he still alive? My dad passed away in 1972 before I had a chance to find out about these pictures. I do have a copy of the ships manafest that was written while the ship and company was coming home after the war ended. Was really good to hear from you. Thanks Robert
