Good morning Charles. You may use my photo. The way you have my name with my photo is fine with me. I still have a few of Maine's lighthouses to photograph. Something I love to do and just havent had the time. Hopefully they will still be there when things settle down for me. I'm saving your website and look forward to seeing your photos.....
I would love to get to Michigan to see the lighthouses there. Have a great day.

Lighthouse Heaven..
Many years ago I was honoured
by the Catholic Girl Guides of
Canada and given a Nom de Plume
of 'Beacon of Friendship' which
in French translates to ' Phare
d'Amitie'...
As a young girl I always loved
Lighthouses and the interests
has grown into a passion to go
and see some when I'd travel.
Thank you for making my day a

Thanks for naming Kavringen. It sounds so much better than the casual "Pretty Lighthouse" used so often to effectively run up my blood pressure. As does calabash
when trying to pronounce 'cbash'! C&T.
Made a hash of my note to say you will find Blockhouse Point (PEI) - which you queried in a "say it" somewhere - either
thru my note where u left yours, on page 101 of Baird's Lighthouses/hice of Atlantic Canada (Canada as a whole has
1322 against the USA's 1305 and Namibia's
4.) I owed you a favour/service anyway!
Thank you for your note, I looked it up on the web and you are correct, the lights are at Odderøya nr Kristiansand. I have added this into the picture's title.
You comment on my Stony Point LH 1869 puzzled me.
Are you just pointing out that there are two, or do I have this one labeled wrong. We were not on the Hudson river, so I think it is right.
Thanks for the comment,

Hi, Thank you so much for naming the Coquille Lighthouse in my Lighthouse Album. I forgot to write it down at that time when I took this Photo a long time ago along with all the other Lighthouses in Oregon.I forgot to update & sort of let this album sit for a few yrs.,so thank you again and I did update it this pic. I will be back to view your albums. Greetings from Thea in Northern California
about Byron Bay. YOu cant tell from my photo, but it is made of white brick, or brick that was painted white. Here is a better photo. YOu can see the brick or at least it looks like brick

Thanks for the help in naming the lighthouses. It is diffacult to remember which was what..especially when so many pics were taken....then I dump them onto my lap top and clear the memory card and go take another couple of hundred pics, then start all over again...hard to keep up...I will use your descriptions or rather names of the light houses so that everyone knows where and what they are...if you dont mind, that is.

That lighthouse is on Capri, on the part coincidentally named "Faro" which is "lighthouse" in Italian.
