Hi Carla,
I have just enjoyed looking at your Monarch album, and you have very similar shots to mine. If you are interested in looking at an egg hatching, have a look in my Monarch album. It was fascinating!
Who are the people in the photo of Joseph Ackerson with family? Please list their names & connections to one another. Joseph Ackerson is my gr.gr.grandfather. His daughter from his first wife:Sarah Lucinda Gilbert was my grandmother. Mary Matilda Ackerson. Please email me at vroy@badgleymullins.com. Thank you! Victoria Roy
Hi Carla. This is what I sent to Lee; It's not me that's the crafter - it's my better half. She makes cards, paints a little etc. (very artistic). In making cards, she sometimes makes a 'teabag' which is basically 8 square tiles folded together to form a kind of rosette. A type of origami if you will. Easiest thing is to look on the internet for teabags and crafting - you will see a lot of examples. Be careful though, as you must be artistic yourself, you may find yourself being hooked (in which case, feel free to download my tiles!). Regards, John
Is that you in the bird shot album with the cat tat? I have a Fritillary butterfly set of portaits in my Macro Insect album. You take wonderfully framed and from the heart macros. It is also refreshing to see a woman who loves the many aspects of nature(Bugs HA! HA!) and it's total beauty.I also have a site at Fotki. I like their display of my photos better than the current Webshots attempt. Visit me and I am marking you so I can find and check out your stuff. I am getting a Canon 300 f/4 L USM IS lens(I have a Canon 30D camera) for birding. I have not been into it but it looks cool and I am sure I can use an expert like you to help me. I also shoot Hummingbirds. Check that out that is one of my strengths. Like you I try to shoot to thrill, never to kill and save a bit of the world for all to share.See you soon? -Rich http://public.fotki.com/richswanner/
Enjoyed looking at your photos. You sound like a person after my own heart - bird watching, photos, cats, quilts and stained glass. Assuming you live in Florida, so do I.
Keep looking up as another birder said once. Carolyn
So...were you raised in the Quad Cities area or just go to college there? I have a new woodpecker at my feeders. It is so cool to watch his animated movements.People think he isn't real sometimes.I am waiting for it to teach the squirl a lesson or two.Ha
Enjoyed your photos, keep up the great work. I live near Venice FL and came from Galesburg IL about 10 yrs. ago. Come visit my webshots photos. I especially loved your bird shots. teddybearland

Carla, Thanks for your comments. I don't have patterns for my purses however the brides purse was featured in an article in the CQMagOnline http://www.cqmagonline.com/vol05iss03/articles/602/index.shtml. Thanks again.

Is he a warbler? The guy at WBU said "pine siskin" and since it's their time of year, I assumed he was.
