Hi Peter, I rang John this morning and left my numbers. He rang me back and after catching up on what was going on we had a chat about the Lyster Honda. Unfortunately I am in a cast so I can't dig around my stuff but i know I did have an article about when the bike was fitted with the 8 valve Lyster head. When I had it off Jim Curry it came with the 4 valve head fitted by Honda to the 444cc Black Bomber. This was also how Jim raced it, although the cylinders were fitted with pistons from a Honda car to increase the capacity to a full 500cc. I can't remember the car model. All the best, Barry Clay

You have great pictures about racing, now after the 2007 season it's nice to lookback at some pictures. Tosland as worldchampion superbike goes next yeat to the moto GP, I will miss him,also Nori Haga after his deathly accidend. Hope to see more off these pictures next year. Thanks. Rich

Thank you for your comment. I've seen your albums and have seen that you like race-bikes. I've made a foto of a just restorated Honda racer of a friend of mine. It took him 5 year to rebuild it. There were only build 6 machines of that kind One is now in the Netherlands, one in Germany en one in Australia. Where the other machines are is not known.
