    • Hi Chuck - Thanks for the nice note on my Caesarea (Israel) golf photos. I haven't played the Colorado courses in the Mountains that you mentioned, but hope to some day. My wife is from Denver so I get out there about once a year to visit her Momm. I've played Fossil Trace, the Broadmoor, Bear Dance, the Ridge at Castle Pines, Arrowhead and a bunch of others closer to Denver and have a few photo albums of those on Webshots. I also want to play in New Mexico some day. Maybe our paths will cross. If you ever come to NY let me know and I'll arrange a round. I am taking my dream trip to Bandon Oregon in ten days and can't wait. Hope to get some good pix. Keep playing and posting. I always enjoy your great photos. Best regards Stew A (Tewie19 on Wbshots)

    • Dear Dennis, I feel sorry for my late response to your message to me three days ago. I didn't check the messages these days. Anyway, I appreciate very much your message and lovely comment on my surfing photos. I have known your golf album sitting the top of viewing as well as downloading. Few minutes ago, I check my photo album's position in sport channel, yes the top is still your excellent photo album. I also feel very happy, because my surfing album has entered in the top 5 in Sport, along with your superb photo albums. Cheers! Kanenori from Indonesia

    • Hi! You're photos are gorgeous, and I was wondering what your stance on copyright was? You can email me at aleseacosgrove@gmail.com. I'm working with a company that is interested in your photos. Thanks!

    • How on earth did you happen to find that album of yours on someone elses Webshots page? It must have been totally by chance that you came upon it. A long time ago I found someone had put some of my photos as theirs, but not an entire album. If you do write a response to my messages be sure to put them in my "message" box, because I do check that daily. It's impossible to find a particular photo comment--unless I just happen to look at that photo during the days between newsletters. Jon

    • Sorry I'm so slow to respond to your comment about downloads, but for some reason the only way I find out if someone has left a message or comment is when I read my weekly "newsletter" that summarizes all the Webshots activity in my albums for the past week. I used to get an entry in my email whenever someone sent a message, but for some reason that no longer happens. I did go into another webshots member album and my attempt to download the photo I requested was successful, so I have no idea why you are unable to do it--even after "re-loading" the Desktop software. I would keep "bugging" Webshots technical advisors until they corrected the problem. Are you aware of the way to view "friends" photos in their "regular" size--by hovering your mouse over the bottom right of the "full size" photo until a box appears that says "view in regular size"? Of course enlarging a photo to that size doesn't allow you to see the entire photo on screen all at once, but it does allow you to see the close-up detail in some photos that I've taken with my tripod--when there wasn't any camera-shake to blur them. That message that you get, about the photo "only being available to friends", is present on my computer when I enlarge the photo to "full size" on my screen. However when I click on the "download" icon below the photo (in it's size just after you click on the thumbnail for that photo) then it immediately downloads automatically onto my desktop. Keep in touch, Jon
