HI, Thanks for your comment. I am gradually getting back out walking again. Although I didn't know it I was ill last year, so I didn't manage much walking. I was diagnosed with duodenal cancer in December and had major surgery in January 08. Therefore my walks photos this year, show how i have progressed during my convalescense. I am now doing proper walks again. I am going up Scafell Pike 6th December to celebrate being well. Lorraine
