Thanks for your good wishes Leslie, and your comments on my photos. Sorry to learn of Bisquit's passing, it's always hard to lose a loved companion; but life goes on and Max passes a big milestone!! Sorry to hear about your dog, we had to get to get our Labrador put to sleep on 21st of October, he was virtually the same age, have a good Christmas too :)

hello , dearest leslie !! I am very sorry for bisquit - my mother had a cocker , what a vonderful cocker , kira , I am an organic farmer in italy ; I have had a very hard august !! kira , our cocker !! my brother , ivan , had decided to make real a wish my mother had had in 1997 and so he made kira become menber of our family . my mother's birthday is on 16 january and that day ivan made our mother the gift of kira !! she was 2 months old ; my father and I found her when we had arrived from the farm , the sunday immediatly after 16 january 1998 ; I disliked that dog had arrived but I loved her immediately after !! within a few minutes I loved kira ; my mother loved her deep . she died in april 2011 ; my mother was really upset because of it !! my mother is a very good mother ; my father loved kira too !! ciao , carissima !!

7 July, 2011 ~ I'm so sorry to have to tell you that Bisquit has passed on from his bout with sarcoma. He had a wonderful life, full of fun and I couldn't have asked for a more wonderful pet. Zoe is still with me and we shall continue on together. Hugs to all, Leslie

I feel, it was truly a once in a life time experience; it was hard and rewarding. To be able to stand just 20ft away from these awesome primates in their natural habitat is in itself an amazing feeling. To feel the rain forest around you with its myriad sounds, see skittish animals and the colourful birds, then this grand bonus of the gorillas - well it was just 'simply beyond words' !! Leslie 1951..I found was a reasonable year to be born...not perfect as one cant expect that..but its done us OKK to get this far..what you reckon...all is welll here in Lucky South even with Natural in some States..its lots better than what I glimpse on News channel elsewhere..we have perfect Easter skies and its nice for a picnic and walk on the beach..cant ask for more methinks...Best Thoughts and Wishes to your Abode ...ByeLeo

I am very busy in my farm .. really , also in winter a lot of things must be done !! the snow is rare , so better , till now ; it is raining ; the vegetables have frozen , so cold it is ..
